DELIVERY

Orders without personalisation we will aim to dispatch within 2 working days of the order being placed. Working days are Monday to Friday, no orders will be processed during the weekend.

Orders with personalisation we will aim to dispatch within 10 working days of artwork being approved by customer. Working days are Monday to Friday, no orders will be processed during the weekend.

The standard delivery charge is £6.95 to mainland UK. Certain Scottish Postcodes will have an additional surcharge applied at checkout.

Free Delivery on orders over £75.

Free collection in-store.

Orders placed after 1pm will be processed the next working day. Order placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday.

Once your order has been dispatched delivery will be within 1 working day. Your delivery will require a signature to acknowledge receipt. This signature will be accepted as proof that the person who has signed for the delivery has received it.

In the case of any delays with your order we will do our best to notify you as soon as possible. We will not accept liability for delayed delivery due to the courier service.

If in the unlikely event of an item being damaged, incorrect or missing on delivery you will need to contact within 7 days of receipt of delivery. See our Contact page for further information about ways to contact us. 

All delivery dates are for guidance only and the Company will not be held to any delivery date indicated.

The Company will make delivery of the Goods where the Customer has paid for delivery, or the order value exceeds the current free delivery threshold. The method of delivery shall be at the Company's sole discretion. Any special delivery requirements shall be charged to the Customer.

Any unloading of the Goods at the delivery address the customer has requested will be the responsibility of the Customer. It is the responsibility of the Customer to ensure that there is someone at the delivery address to sign for the Goods if so required.

Where the Goods are delivered by instalments, each delivery shall constitute a separate invoice.

 

RETURNS

Goods that have been personalised in anyway will be non returnable.

Please return any unwanted goods back to us within 30 days of the date the order was placed.

Please include the correct documentation when returning your goods for us to be able to identify the order.

Before goods are returned for any reason (including guarantee claims) a return authorisation must be obtained from the returns department. All goods must be returned with carriage prepaid. Evidence of purchase must be supplied. The decision of the Company as to the eligibility for credit and the amount of credit will be final. We retain the right to issue a restocking charge equal to 25% of the net price originally invoiced will be deducted from any credit issued other than Goods agreed by Company to be under guarantee.

Goods that have been personalised in anyway will be non returnable.

Any goods returned must be in saleable condition. Goods that are not as new and in an unworn, resalable condition will not be considered for return. All goods will be inspected upon return.

Internet & Mail Order Orders to consumers your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive. Bespoke (tailored and embroidered) and special order items (clearly marked on the site) are exempt from this protection.

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 working days for a full refund, including the cost of the cheapest delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or incorrectly described.

All refunds will be applied to the original method of payment.

We cannot be responsible for goods returned to us by mistake.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.
